- Employed earning over £100,000

- Receiving any untaxed income

What to do if you are issued with a notice to complete a Tax return?
Anyone who receives a notice to complete a Tax return from HMRC are legally obliged to complete and submit it, either by post or by filing online.
The deadline for paper returns is the 31st October. The deadline for online tax returns is the 31st January.
Missing the deadline will result in late filing penalties and interest on any tax you owe.
